idea, re-design & illustration concept for Tove Ditlevsen's "lille verden".
For the redesign of Tove Ditlevsen's poignant collection, "Lille Verden," the cover now features a embossed illustration of the wallflower, Gyldenlak, which also happens to be the title of the collection's opening poem. The color palette is inspired by contemporary trends, particularly this summer's standout phenomenon, Brat (read more about it here), adding a modern touch while paying homage to Ditlevsen's timeless words and strong female profile in danish literature. The overall design is a blend of the poet’s deeply personal tone with a fresh, evocative aesthetic, bridging the past and present in a visually striking way.
